Welcome to The Pour House, located in the
heart of Ringwood! We are thrilled to be
able to welcome you to our club, held at The Pour House, where women from all walks of life come
together to connect, inspire, and have a great time. Whether you prefer an
evening club or a lunch club, we have you covered with our monthly meetings.
Formerly known as Ringwood Social Club, the club
closed in 2011, but after an extensive refurbishment it opened its doors in
July 2023, and this beautiful 300 year old building now offers us a warm,
inviting, safe place to meet. It is the ideal space where women can relax,
unwind, and enjoy each other's company. With ample parking available at the
back (accessed via Strides Lane) and on the streets, you can easily join us
without any hassle.
Through the coming year we have a range of
exciting events and inspiring speakers lined up for you. From engaging
workshops to thought-provoking talks, we strive to offer a diverse range of
activities that cater to all interests. There will also be special events where
clubs from across the UK will come together, so watch this space.
Pre-booking is essential. We understand that everyone has different
dietary requirements, and we are more than happy to accommodate them. Please
indicate any special requirements/allergies at the payment screen and we will
ensure that your needs are met.

The Sinking of The Empress of Ireland
Step back into one of the most haunting maritime disasters you may never have heard of. On Monday 2 February, our guest speaker will tell the dramatic and deeply moving story of the Empress of Ireland, a luxury liner that sank in the early hours of 1914 after a catastrophic collision in the St Lawrence River. With extraordinary loss of life and events that unfolded in just minutes, this tragedy shocked the world. This fascinating talk will bring the ship, her passengers and the night of the disaster vividly to life.
